It is no coincidence that Deer Valley Resort has been rated the Number 1 Ski Resort in North America for an unprecedented four consecutive years (2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011) by the readers of SKI Magazine. It takes more than just a majestic landscape and exquisite powder. It takes an attention to detail unsurpassed in the industry.
Deer Valley Resort is the first North American resort to provide the first-class service on par with that found in a five-star hotel. The resort boasts three beautiful on-mountain day lodges, groomed-to-perfection slopes, powder-laden glade skiing and ten on-mountain restaurants any one of which offers unforgettable award-winning cuisine.
It doesn’t hurt to be in an area that claims the title of “The Greatest Snow on Earth,” but it’s not just the snow that makes a Deer Valley Resort experience something special. Exceptional customer service, consistent quality and attention to every detail are the hallmarks of every Deer Valley experience. It's no wonder Deer Valley was selected to host the world at the Freestyle events during the 2002 Olympic Winter Games.
The six mountains which provide some of the best skiing in the country are: Bald Eagle Mountain, elevation 8,400 feet, offers ideal terrain for skiers of all abilities. Empire, elevation 9,570 feet, offers some of the most advanced, expert terrain at Deer Valley as well as two intermediate runs.
