Park City Mountain Resort  pcmr_250

Luxury and excellent skiing go hand in hand at the Park City Mountain Resort. Just minutes from the charm and wonder of the historic mining town's restaurants, bars, shops, and galleries the resort offers Park City's only ski-in/ski-out access to Historic Main Street.

The Park City Mountain Resort is a premier winter and summer vacation destination. In the summer you can ride Utah’s only Alpine Coaster, the Alpine Slide (one of the longest in the country), or fly through the air on the ZipRider. If you take your adventure with a little less adrenaline, you can catch a lift to explore hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trails.

You can even take the kids to the Little Miner’s Park or try your hand at miniature golf.

When the weather turns cold and the snow starts flying, it’s time to head out to the resort’s Signature Runs. The Signature Runs are groomed, allowing intermediate skiers and riders to conquer various kinds of challenging new terrain.

SKI magazine readers voted Park City Mountain Resort as one of the top ten resorts in North America. One reason is that the resort boasts the largest superpipe in the country. Add to that the fact that the four terrain parks have been ranked among the top ten by Transworld Snowboarding Magazine for five consecutive years and you’ll see why this is also the training ground of professional athletes like Shaun White and Tanner Hall.

During the 2002 Olympic Winter Games. Park City Mountain Resort hosted four events. On the Eagle Superpipe, Kelly Clark's snowboard run brought home the gold, and the American men's sweep by Ross Powers, Danny Kass, and J.J. Thomas happened on the same mountain. Liver transplant recipient Chris Klug inspired the world with his bronze finish in parallel snowboard giant slalom. And Bode Miller came from behind in the men's giant slalom on the popular CB's Run to claim the silver. In short, six of the ten U.S. Ski and Snowboard Team medals were won on the home mountain.

The Park City Mountain Resort offers championship sized adventure year ‘round.
