The majority of the Local Full Time Residents live in Park Meadows, Thaynes Canyon, Old Town, Prospector, Silver Springs, Jeremy Ranch, Pinebrook, and Summit Park. While these neighborhoods have many part time residents as well each of them have a little different feel to them.
