The Park Record just reported that Rio Grande will be breaking ground for the new Main Street Park City Condos this spring. This is just another sign of buyers being bullish on the Park City Market. As noted in a previous blog last month, new construction is back with a vengeance in Old Town. The Main Street Mall which is called the Parkite, has not even hit the market yet, and there is a ton of interest in the property.

New product in the immediate Main Street area was virtually non existent a couple years ago, and now we have quite a bit of top quality product coming on the market. With talk of Deer Valley adding a gondola from Main Street to the resort, Main Street Property will only see more demand in the not too distant future. Call me today
