In Park City, we are starting to see the end of Summer :( Every year, we get more and more visitors, and the popularity of our town continues to grow. One aspect I appreciate about our growth is the constant desire to acquire more land for conservation easements. Recently, the city has indicated interest in putting out a $25 Million bond to buy an area called Bonanza Flats. If you have ever ridden the McConkey's Chair at Park City, you have seen this beautiful piece of property. Originally owned by United Park City Mines, it was part of the Talisker acquisition years ago. Now bank owned, the 1400 acres parcel is just downhill from Guardsman Pass.
