Posted by Scott Maizlish on Friday, June 1st, 2012 at 8:56pm.

Those of you interested in purchasing real estate in Park City’s Historic Old Town sector won’t want to miss out on the annual Historic Home Tour coming up in just a few weeks!

Every year the tour showcases unique miner’s cottages and historic homes that date back to the 19th century. Tour attendees view firsthand how Park City residents have renovated and preserved homes that date back to Park City’s Silver Mining days in the late 1800’s.

This year’s self-guided Historic Home Tour will be held Saturday, June 16.

Location for Start of Tour: High West Distillery, 703 Park Avenue

Tour Time: 10 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Cost: $10 per person for Park City Museum Members or $15 per person for the General Public

To Purchase Tickets: see the following link on the Park City Museum Website

After the tour, attendees are invited to a Tour Reception and Preservation Awards Ceremony held at Robert Redford’s Zoom Restaurant from 3-5 p.m.

Don’t miss this fantastic opportunity to check out some of Park City’s oldest homes and the unlimited potential that these storied properties have. Should you be interested in viewing Park City real estate in the Old Town area, I can be reached at 435-901-4309.

Make it a great day!
