Don't Forget To Purchase Your 2012/13 Season Pass Before Prices Go Up On 9/15!

Posted by Scott Maizlish on Monday, September 10th, 2012 at 7:54pm.

With the Labor Day weekend behind us, it’s beginning to really feel like Fall here in Park City.

In fact, this weekend the temperatures in Park City dipped into the 40’s at night and we’re expecting more 40 degree temps throughout the coming week.

Although we haven’t had a premature September snowfall yet, it’s definitely time for Park City real estate investors and residents to start thinking SNOW and SEASON PASSES!

If you’re new to Park City or if you’re a town veteran who hasn’t yet decided on the right pass for 2012/13 – you’ll want to order your season pass quickly before the inevitable price spike mid-month.

Canyons Resort and Park City Mountain Resort are each offering discounted season passes for a few more days. Buy a Canyons Pass prior to September 15, 2012 and you’ll receive a $300 value with the Adult Season Pass special set at $849.00.

Perhaps you ski Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley Resort but are planning on one of the popular Canyons coupon booklets – Canyons eCoupon Books are also discounted when purchased prior to October 15th.

Canyons Resort Pass

If you prefer to make most of your turns at PCMR – you’ll still want to get your passes in order prior to the 15th of September in order to receive a hundred dollars off the standard season pass price of $1,525.

Park City Mountain Pass

Deer Valley offers a bit more time to order your 2012/13 season pass, with preseason pricing in effect until October 31, 2012. Deer Valley’s Adult Season Pass goes on sale for $1,810.00 and an Additional Adult Pass can be picked for your spouse at $1,470.00 prior to October 31st.

Deer Valley Resort Pass

Can’t decide which resort you want to call your own this year? Don’t forget about Ski Utah’s line of combination season passes!

These deals give you the best of all worlds and allow you to determine when and where you want to ski each day. Plus – the Ski Utah Gold and Silver Passes are fully transferable!

Ski Utah Gold– Unlimited skiing at every resort in Utah

Ski Utah Silver Pass – Ski 30 days at each Utah resort

Ski Utah Yeti Pass – One complimentary day of skiing at each of Utah’s 14 resorts

One more insider’s tip – while you’ll want to purchase a season pass at Park City, Deer Valley or Canyons – the new Mountain Collective Pass was introduced this year at $349 per person and offers unlimited skiing at Alta, Jackson Hole, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Aspen/Snowmass.

The Mountain Collective gives you unlimited 50% off tickets to its locations as well as lodging discounts. This could be a cool addition to your local pass for the days you’d like to head over to Alta or to save on road trips to other resort towns.

Get your pass on order and think snow! I’ll see you on the slopes in a few short months.

Make it a great day!
