A new feature on my website is the interactive Park City Market Update Page
This tool is a very easy to use interface that pulls data directly from the mls on a quarterly basis, allowing you to research Park City Market Segments very easily. You can select a property type, Single Family, Condominium, or Vacant Land, and then just pick which area you would like to view statistics for. The data provides a historical view back to 2010.
