Over the years, I have blogged about these town-homes from time to time, because they rarely come up for sale.
La Maconnerie is a small community that resides just above the bottom of Deer Valley's Success Ski Run. A very short drive up Royal Street, these were built in the 80's but are, in my opinion, some of the most conveniently located ski access town-homes. They just do not hit the market very often, and two of them just came up for sale. Unit 11 is a 5 Bed 7 Bath 4547 Square foot property with a nice open living area, and a two car garage. Also, a game room for entertaining and a wine cellar for storing your precious "juice". :)
If 4547 square feet is too large for your needs, Unit 12 is a 4 Bed 5 Bath 3000 square foot town-home, and equally as beautiful.
Both properties enjoy low HOA dues compared to neighboring properties, being around $800 a month. A Black Diamond of similar size has HOA Dues of over $40,000 per year, and Stein Erikson Residences around $60,000 a year!
There is also a common pool for exclusive use of the development. These are large town homes, close to the base of Deer Valley, and 2-3 Minutes to Main Street Park City.
