Most of the growth is actually outside of the city limits, with the majority of future development surrounding the Jordanelle. A lot of people have asked why I am so bullish on property in the city limits. This map shows how there not an enormous amount of developable property within the city limits as compared to Summit and Wasatch County. Developable property within Park City is also geared more towards vacation properties vs. single family.
