A new season starts this week as Park City summer activities kick off Memorial Day weekend at Park City Mountain Resort.
PCMR offers Park City summer activities for adults and children alike. While all ski resort towns offer skiing, snowboarding and winter activities – Park City, Utah offers a unique year-round community hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trails, golf, miniature golf, zip lines, roller coasters, climbing walls and more.
On Opening Day (Friday, May 24), Park City Mountain Resort is slated to begin:
PayDay Lift: lift served hiking and mountain biking from the PCMR base area.
Flying Eagle Zip Line: new 2-person zip line open summer and winter.
ZipRider Zip Line: propels you 110 feet above PCMR ski runs as you race your friends at 45 mph.
Adventure Zone: engaging playground for children 36-54 inches in height which includes the Spider Slide, Climbing Web, Boulders and beginning climbing wall.
Alpine Coaster: Utah’s only alpine roller coaster navigates over a mile of loops and hairpin curves at up to 30 mph.
Climbing Wall: offers five different routes to conquer.
Legacy Launcher: set of four trampolines to master tricks for next winter’s ski and snowboard season.
Little Miners Park: activities for children include merry-go-round, airplane ride and mini train.
Miniature Golf: 18-hole miniature golf course offers fun for the entire family.

In the following weeks, Town Lift (opening June 7) will operate with scenic rides to mid-mountain for hikers and mountain bikers.
New in 2013 – the high-speed Crescent Lift is slated to open June 22 and offer unprecedented access for hikers and bikers to the Mid-Mountain Trail System and Shadow Lake.
Park City summer activities at PCMR are available to the public with day pricing as well as summer season passes. New this season – PCMR’s summer 2013 Lift Access Pass offers unlimited chairlift rides for just $50.
The resort is also offering a full Summer 2013 Season Pass, allowing unlimited access to all summer activities except the Flying Eagle and ZipRider Zip Lines. Season pass costs are:
Guests 54 inches and up – $250
Guests between 42-54 inches – $105
